I am actually appalled at the response from Ziffit to the order of books I sent you. You claim that three of the books were water damaged or mouldy? Those books were in very good condition when I shipped them to you, and if there was any damage it would have happened during transportation which was using the courier you provided. So the expensive John Cale book which was in Pristine condition and which you were buying for £6.60 and which you rejected, but somehow can't return to me either? So what are you doing with it, burning it? I hope not!
It also states that a couple of books were not included, I believe they were included, they were smaller books but they were packed as well.
I thought this was a great service as it was so easy, but I'm really shocked that you claim so many books were damaged and they were not when I sent them and I would like to have seen photographic proof of this, i just dont believe it.
I'll do my very best not to use your app again, I would have like these books to go to people that wanted them as they were in good condition, I should have given them to a charity shop perhaps, at least they would not have been wasted.
Not impressed at all.
