This latest trade took far longer to process and I was becoming concerned. And then I found that Ziffit claimed one of the books was not received. Given I count all items prior to packing I know that the book was included hence must assume one of Ziffit's staff mislaid it during the process of logging received items.
At £0.40 it's not a significant loss but it demonstrates that we "sellers" have no control over the process.
On the last occasion Ziffit made a mistake it was corrected once a manager took control (the member of staff who initially replied didn't know the difference between a book and a music CD!) ... whether Ziffit will bother to investigate this time is another matter.
Just beware: you may hand over your book/CD/DVD ... and be out of pocket.
