Not able to use Promo codes because the box to put it in does not appear. Cancelled the trade and started again but it still did not appear. Followed instructions but the trade has to be completed before the promo box is supposed to appear and by then it is too late to apply it. Then the original books were not accepted any more. Still waiting for payment a week later.
Collection service worked well.
