Appalling. I have sent three batches of books and I am still waiting for payment for the first batch with the status of the other two unknown.
I contacted customer services who take 24-48 hours to answer the most simplest query and to date they have not been able to prove (i.e paypal reference ID) that they have issued payment to my paypal address. I have sent a letter before action today as I will pursue them through the claims court.
