Firstly, the courier you are using wasted my time. They didn’t turn up on the date they promised to collect the boxes and they alleged that they turned up, but they’ve been told that the boxes were not ready, which is simply untrue. After a lengthy chat with the customer service, another collection was booked and thankfully this time the courier actually turned up. Secondly, as it happens in almost every Ziffit trade, once again Ziffit didn’t pay for at least one item, saying it wasn’t received. This is very cheeky and almost always the “missing” item is one of the higher value items. Does Ziffit really need to do this kind of cheap tricks?
