I have traded with your company before. it was simpler
this time i found it very complex.
when i tried to get help it was not possible to speak to human to get this answers,
it took me nearly half day . which could have been done in few minutes,
technology is not for everyone.
you need relised there people who are not so familiar with new technology
also there books ,i have with no bar code, ??
