I had a few issues with this trade as the courier did not come to collect by boxes after about 3 attempts... customer service was good with quick replies and relevant information. My biggest frustration is that I wasn't able to keep waiting for the courier to come and collect the boxes as I'm moving house and there was no ability to change the sending method which meant I had to cancel my original trade and restart a new trade. I feel there should be something that allows the sending method to change, especially if the original method has failed through no fault of my own
