Good system when it works. Before Christmas I had great difficulty in sorting out 3 trades which were not collected by DPD. I also had great difficulty in cancelling those trades which were eventually cancelled. I lost a few books which were accepted in those trades and not accepted in the trades i set up after Christmas.
It would have been good if Ziffit told me straight that DPD were not collecting before Christmas.
