Still waiting for a reply to a book price that was deducted for no sleeve when it does not come with a sleeve. This company make unqualified deductions to cover their admin costs. All books I sent were brand new with original price stickers yet there was several deductions and they wont account for themselves. I even took photos of the books sent as a proof of deception insuated by them.
