dpd sent number of emails with estimated collection times/dates which did not materalise we checked their website which said they had actually collected parcel
we wasted a lot of time staying at home waiting for dpd
contacted ziffit who rearranged the pickup
we then found ziffit account showed 4 books as not received - finally got it sorted
although the issue of books not received happened on e in 2022 and twice in 2023
from the start of the trade to eventual receipt of money was far to long
