I like this service but occasionally the trades are refused - last time I had a hardback with torn jacket refused, book was perfectly good underneath and I had certainly bought books from you in worse condition than the one I sent.
Also how about offering a slightly higher trade value if customers opt for a credit note type arrangement against WoB website purchases?
