The last parcel we sent went very smoothly, and was followed up speedily with a notice to say you were checking the contents, and then we received payment for sending them. This was our 45th parcel!! Only once in all those parcels was there a hitch, when the parcel went missing after it was collected by DPD, but this was quickly dealt with and we didn't lose any payment to us, which was really good. Customer service is excellent, there was no messing about - the problem was quickly sorted.
