Had to rebook driver to collect which meant using the truly awful online service "the bot" and when I finally managed to chat with a person, they couldn't rearrange collection quickly. All in all an long delay between the trade and the parcels arriving at the warehouse to be processed. At which point, the trade less than halved in value as so many items were "not received" or "not accepted." Unlike other companies, no promo code.... All in all v. disappointing... Won't be rushing to use again.
