Frustrating to be forced to have a pick-up rather than take to a drop off myself, but the driver was prompt.
A few books declined for water damage, two cds damaged, three cds 'not included': no books had been near water; I tested and cleaned all the cds; I checked them off the list as I packed them....... someone's pocketing items instead of paying us the derisory amounts Ziffit offer. Really poor.
