Just like most people on here. I have been using them for almost 2 years. I have a limit of $850. I’ve spent $125 and pay early. I went to spend $50 and low and behold my account seems to be frozen. No email nor text nothing showing up on my account page. So I tried to create a virtual card. That’s when I saw the message (after having my daughter video tape my screen because it only showed the problem for 2 seconds), they are now saying I have a credit freeze and they need me to lift it. I don’t have a credit freeze, my credit is locked. It’s been locked for 5 years so I can make sure I know who’s running my credit. Caught a few trying to commit fraud. Anywho, they turned off my access because they couldn’t run my credit. They should be able to run a soft inquiry just like Afterpay has done. They want the lock removed. Naw, I’ll do something else. They serious run a hard credit check not soft credit check. Be careful out here.
