“At first it took me about 8-9 months to get past 50.00 as soon as I was a few hours late on a payment they reduced it was disappointed because I worked hard to pay early and before time and for them to act like I wasn’t going to pay my bill 15.39 really I really forgot it was scheduled for the 16 I truly thought it was for the 18 I realized it was my mistake but I really thought they would be a little more professional than what I seen when I opened up the app Account was locked and I had a 7 .00 extra charge but what was crazy they took 79 cents off my card but not the 15.39 crazy I’m going to pay it out and I’m done wythis app”
“If you ever decide to change your number, you are going to have issues updating your number. You will have to call them and have your license ready to get it scanned which for some reason didn’t work. I never had issues updating my number with Klarna or Affirm but with company, I still haven’t had my number updated and I can’t user Zip as a payment option. I am glad I have Affirm and Klarna. Goodbye Zip”
“I just called about a change for a canceled transaction, and the customer service experience was horrible. The representatives were rude, impatient, and clearly lacked proper training. They didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain and seemed unwilling to help.
Terrible experience. I’ll never use Zip again—there are much better companies out there.”
“They changed me 3 times for one transaction and the order never even submitted. They told me the money wasn't captured, but it was definitely taken out of my bank account. At that rate, I would've just paid the full amount without using this crappy excuse for a payment plan. The service rep even told me he would zelle me the money if I don't have it tomorrow. Very unprofessional and I'm questioning how legit this company actually is.”
“Terrible experience!!! My order was for 55$ and they charged me 51$ 4 times . I canceled the order to keep from paying 200$ for something I payed all but 4$ of but instead of refunding me my 51$ they put it towards a payment that I do not owe. So basically they are stealing 150$ from me and I received nothing”

I been locked out of my account for a year and every time I call its some kind of excuse for them not getting my account updated. This is crazy.”
