“They declined my application for credit after I had given them more that enough info & explained to them that me & my husband have a joint account, they wanted my share of what I pay for, gave that to them (which isn’t a lot as I work part time) After they had declined it I contacted them but they couldn’t give me a clear reason for declining it was ie: do I not make enough? I have never had a problem in the past from other companies if I’ve ever needed credit for something, customer service was not helpful at all and kept repeating the same thing that I can reapply in 6 months, will not be using this company again”
“I have been trying since December, 2024, to get my virtual card back on my app. No one has been able to help me after months of emails. It is now February, 2025. It's ridiculous that this can't be done in a timely manner. I love using Zip, but without a virtual card, you can't order anything online. Their customer service stinks!!! 👎🏼”

They find an excuse to block you out of your account so you pay off stuff like they say and they still give you an excuse so you can’t use your account then you try to close your account and it won’t let you close it so you have to close out your whole bank account. “COMPLETE SCAM ! THATS ALL THATS IT! It’s been 5 years since I could use my account due to someone sending me a BROKEN COMPUTER from Mercari. Once the Mac arrived to my house I realized it was very very damaged. So I disputed through my bank because zip wasn’t trying to do anything . Mind u everything was fine before the dispute soon after they tell me to call navy federal to reverse my dispute but I didn’t proceed because WHY WOULD I! Lmao are y’all crazy! They THOUGHT I’d be a fool and reverse the dispute and wait on them to credit my account which was never gonna happen anyway. lol this company is a JOKE! I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I’d definitely recommend klarna over zip, after pay etc klarna is much kire professional and they ACTUALLY HAVE A PHONE NUMBEBR TO CALL TO GET HELP! And they will work with you! These other companies SUCK! Sexzle sucks, zip pay sucks, after pay sucks. But klarna is definitely one of the best options in my opinion.”
