Company made unsubstantiated unproven claims of disputes which my banks confirmed were in fact not true and they closed my account. They charged back my account but did not refund my money back so essentially they’ve kept almost $400.
How is this legal. Do not use zip. Highly corrupt. I was a paying customer for many many years and now this. Absolutely psychotic behavior from a company
