Zip receieved a refund to a credit i receieved and hide the money... and then dont want to give it back!!
The only way i knew i had got the refund was my avaliable balance increased! Nothing to show they had my money... hiding it!!! Not happy! How can they do this... just keep my money and i have to request them to send it to me.... thats dodgey! I can see why they have only got 1.2 stars! Wont be using zip again!
