Unfortunately the parts for the planned repairs were not available during the first appt date. So a second appt was scheduled and it was discovered that some of the parts received were not the correct ones. Therefore a third repair date will now be necessary next week. On a positive note, I appreciate the thorough inspection during which necessary repairs were determined. Your reps are always courteous and helpful.
