I really liked your responsiveness and skillful and appropriate use of technology. I particularly liked the text saying you were on schedule to get my car done, the picture of my car when you started working on it (so I knew you had found my vehicle), and the picture of my air filter when you suggested replacing it.
The only improvements I can suggest is better signage marking the lockbox location and a more sturdy feeling lockbox. Somebody could dislodge that lockbox with a single kick and break it open with a standard hammer, stealing all the cars.
