I usually do not write reviews unless I am very impressed by a service and my experience with Zippity definitely warrants a review! This was such a neat experience and so unbelievably convenient. Before I had scheduled this service, I had been in touch with Nico with some questions and he was extremely responsive. Once I scheduled the appointment I appreciated the reminders throughout the process and the guided assistance so I knew what to do. I also loved getting the updates on the health check and when my car was finished. Finally, I was able to catch up with Dan, the guy who serviced my car, and had a great conversation with someone who cares about his job and enjoys talking to people about it. I was definitely spreading the word in the office yesterday and will continue to do so.
