Communication of process along the way was great! I also liked the fact that the technician sent me pictures of the filters that I needed replaced and the ease of adding on the additional service (click of a button) is a definite plus. Quick and easy process and I fully expect to continue to use this very convenient service for future maintenance/repairs. The only down side was I was not able to have the car washed but I understand this service will not be provided until the Spring.
