Excellent service, and an excellent concept. I love that I don't have to spend time going to a garage and wait there. I got good feedback on the condition of the car. I appreciated the complementary topping of of windshield wiper fluid.
Very minor stuff where you could improve: there was a bit of dirt on the driver's seat after the service (very minor, I could easily brush it off). Also the bags in which the tires were wrapped were a bit dirty. Again, not a big deal for me, but something you could improve upon.
