Great first time experience using Zippity. It was extremely easy to set up the appointment and have the car worked on at my work. Communication was excellent on what was needed prior to the appointment as well as during the service (kept me up to date on the status as well as the health of my car and whether additional service was needed). I have recommended Zippity to other co-workers.
