I was excited to have the convenience and access to a certified mechanic while at work. The service went well but apparently I wasn't given all the details of my diagnostic. So, the work I had done did not fully resolve my CEL indicator. I was taken by surprise when I had to reach back out the next day to get details on why the CEL came back on after the work was complete and found out that there were 4 additional codes I was not advised on initially. The team was responsive to my requests but I was disappointed the "full evaluation" wasn't complete. I appreciated the quick follow up but feel disappointed in the process. I'm not sure I would use the service again but perhaps I will try the detail portion of the service when it comes back online. Great concept and customer service (Nico) just a little lacking on execution.
