The convenience of the service was great! However, I wish there had been more communication about the recommended service before it was completed. My car is a 2004 with over 252,000 miles, so I use full synthetic oil. I was not given the option when the 'oil change' service was recommended in the email as to which oil change I would receive, I wish there had been a follow up question. My receipt reflects that conventional oil was used, and when I use the 'find my oil' tool on your website, it even suggests to use the Castrol High-Mileage 5W-30 which is a synthetic blend, not conventional. I'm concerned the correct choice was not made for my specific vehicle needs and now need to have the correct oil replaced.
