Everything was great - excellent communication!
The only feedback I would have is that the wheel lock was put back on my passenger side front seat. However i think when the technician drove the car back to the parking space the lock slid off the seat. I did have a bit of trouble trying to find it. So it would probably be ideal to put the wheel lock in the cupholder or glovebox rather then the seat.
