Car service was simple - just drop off and pick up with emails and texts letting you know when the car was being worked on, who was working on it, what their inspection revealed (with pictures), was I OK with what was recommended, and how much it was going to cost. At 5:00 PM I picked up the car. And best of all, piece of mind that I was treated fairly and my car was serviced properly.
