Excellent communication and notifications throughout the process. Nice to have the oil change done while working, not having to wait at a shop. The health check report was nice, as well as the thank you card and the mints.
One small downer - in the health check report, they said that they topped off the washer fluid since it was low, but upon post-work examination, the washer fluid was not full (barely half way full).
