This is the 2nd time I've used the Zippity service. It is so convienent to just drive to work as normal and have my routine maintenence completed on site. I'm kept informed of every step in the process and immediately alerted if there's an issue. In addition, if a service is not needed, they don't perform it and remove it from my total bill.
