You can't beat the convenience. Good communication throughout the process. When I tried to make the appt online the date I wanted showed "full" but I put in a note saying I really wanted an earlier date than what I was able to schedule and I got an email the next day saying they could make it work. Seems a LITTLE more expensive than what I usually pay, but given I can access services without having to wait around at a garage or dealership it's worth it.
