I recently had my winter tires changed by Zippity. The overall experience is hassle free (instructions were very easy to follow; all services were complete during business hours). 2 things I hope would be changed for next time:
1. Ensure all car windows are closed after service (especially in winter) - window at my driver's seat was open
2. Replace bags for storing tires (old bags started to tear) - I don't mind bringing replacement bags myself if Zippity could let me know ahead of time if they could supply storage bags
