Nico was amazing in communicating with me and rescheduling my appointment after the team found that two of my tires were damaged. And they even labeled each tire that were taken off where they came from on the tires and on the bags! I have nothing but good things to say and this was undoubtedly the easiest car service appointment I have ever gotten, including my visits to BMW dealerships.
