Initially, I was very pleased with how smooth the process was and how convenient this option for vehicle maintenance was to my busy schedule. Although the next day, I noted a pretty serious mishap after receiving my vehicle back, which is why I have ranked this only "Good". I must admit though that the way Nico (Customer Service Rep) and the team (Techs) handled this issue when I brought my car back to them was exceptional and gave me the confidence that they stand by their work and own up to any mistakes that were made. These follow-up actions are what makes people return even after an unfortunate initial experience.
