Everything from start to finish was easier than expected. I had trouble with the check in e-mail, but reaching out to Nico was easy and he checked me in right away. I was pleasantly surprised to see photos of all the work and suggested service items. To top it off when I arrived home I found the service note and a pack of mints. It was like the cherry on top for great service by your team!
