The process went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been better, is the text that I received on the morning of my appointment didn't include the box number that I was supposed to put my key in (an earlier email when I made the appointment did, but I didn't have convenient access to that via my phone) and also made reference to a link that would show where to park my car, but the link was missing (again, the earlier email did have the link, but I couldn't access it from my phone).
