This was my first time using Zippity and it was amazing! Having the opportunity to not take time off of work, but still have the service I need done is such a fantastic idea! Nico from support was incredibly pleasant with his communication as well as efficient. I didn't have to await a response long. Dan and Kevin were the technicians who worked on my vehicle. I greatly appreciated the updates at intervals of completion via email. And while I didn't have much interaction with them, I couldn't appreciate their work more. And it was nice to see the thank you card on my dash after a long day at work. My only regret with this experience was that I did not leave a tip! I was unsure if that was allowed and by the time I got to ask, I couldn't get back to the kiosk in time to leave it.
