This was a $1 service benefit through my company, Raytheon. I signed up before COVIDland started and Nico contacted me to let me know that Zippity would honor that pricing/benefit for a home visit. Nico had fantastic communication, and so did my technician on the day of service.
Going forward, I recognize that there is additional costs for travel and mobile capability, but the pricing may influence my decision to use this service again. Overall very happy with the service and am glad to have the "trial" experience under my belt.
