In Sept i went to Milan Bergamo for 1 week, booked Zip transfers for collection from airport but no show…, told driver got wrong day so had to get airport taxi at further cost…
Emailed to check they had pick up booked for one week later which they confirmed in writing, however once again… no show, when I got through to customer service they said my transfer hadn’t been booked & no one in area to pick me up… left stranded… had to book local taxi & only just made to airport & made flight!
Once bad enough but twice! Never again, very bad service!
