“Drivers very friendly and polite waiting for us on our arrival. The cars were very comfortable and clean. On our return journey he arrived on time. We have used Zip Transfers several times we will use them in the future I have no hesitation in recommending them to other travellers excellent service”

“Everything went smoothly from and back to Herakleion airport, drivers very helpful, helped with luggage and provided bottled water. Drivers communicated via WhatsApp to keep me updated, can't fault the service at all :)”

“Hotel to the airport was great .The driver was ontime , informative and helpful . However , the airport to the hotel was a disaster . We were collected ontime and then was taken to the wrong resort / hotel and had to turn back after 1.5 hrs of travelling. 3.5 hours from being collected at the airport we finally arrived at our hotel .Complete failure of communications to the taxi driver from the taxi office .Not a great start to the holiday .I would have to think long and hard as to whether I would use Ziptransfers again .”
