“On arrival at Tenerife South and locating dispatch office a short wait incurred before transfer. The local knowledge of the driver enabled the transfer to be speedy avoiding traffic delays due to roadworks on the main auto route. The return waiver good with the driver arriving punctually and smooth transfer.”

“Got to airport in Tenerife and no one holding up a sign near exchange bureau so went to office 30 and was told they had received a cancellation and I had to ring help number I did this and was told to return to exchange bureau and someone would be there They were so all was well just a bit stress ful for elderly one of whom has Parkinson's Early morning taxi there and all great All in all very good”

“On arrival at lanzarote airport met by a representative of zip transfers who led us to a sixty seater coach where we were the only two people on the coach all the way to playa planca we ordered a saloon car for our journey not a sixty seater coach no comfort on the coach . Return journey was a minibus there are better transfer companies at lanzarote airport won't use zipagain”

“The driver was at the gate with my name on which was great. The price for the car journey to our resort was 3 times what we paid for the return journey with a different company. In future I would not reserve a taxi from an airport in advance as there are always taxis outside.”

“Good service. But driver dropped us off at wrong hotel even though I asked him twice was this the right one as I knew it wasn’t but he insisted. I phoned back company after being told by hotel we were in the wrong one and to be fair he came back and brought us to our original hotel.”

“nice car and driver, though you go to a kiosk and they bring you outside, but thats fine, going back in may and the same destination is now gone up by €11 so wont be using them next time”
