“Our pick up from the airport to out Hotel was excellent. However our return transport was not so good. The driver was not sent to our hotel but another one, this meant we were standing waiting around. The driver did eventually arrive at our hotel and drop us at the airport .”

“La verdad es que si no conoces Marrakech, parece que estes huyendo de la policía en un coche robado. Una vez sabes cómo funcionan en la ciudad, reconsideras esa primera impresión y te parece que ese primer traslado estuvo bastante bien.”

“Die Fahrer waren sehr zuvorkommend und nett, auf der Hinfahrt war alles super, nur bei der Rückfahrt war das Auto sehr kaputt und teile der Verkleidung gingen innen schon ab. Ansonsten hat alles sehr gut geklappt…. Werde bei euch wieder buchen !”

“This is a review of two halves as we booked a return journey. Meeting our driver at Murcia on arrival was easy and straightforward and he duly delivered us with all our luggage to our accommodation. We had booked a car seat for the 10 month old that we were travelling with however I’m not sure how secure it was. For our return the driver turned up in good time but minus a car seat and although it clearly stated it on the booking he advised that he hadn’t read that bit so not ideal as my daughter had to sit holding my granddaughter on her lap as he wasn’t able to get one. He did however tell us he would drive slowly (some consolation I suppose) Maybe it would be a good idea for the transfers to have at least one type of car seat in every vehicle. I would use them again however I would not be keen to repeat the journey without the necessary safety measures.”

“Initially there was no one at the desk upon arrival and no one seemed to have any record of my booking but it was soon sorted out without issue. I asked to be picked up from a different pickup point but this was not done but it was only a minor issue. Drivers were great.”
