Overall we were extremely happy with Zip transfers, our arrival flight was delayed and Zip monitored our flight and were there to meet us at our new arrival time, however, on the drive to our destination our driver had us the toll fee of €8 which was not outlined to us in booking. And our driver on our return journey did not charge this toll fee. I found this quiet unusual and do wish this extra charge was outlined when we first made the booking.
