De Treviso a Piazzale Roma, un lujo de viaje y conductor. Respecto a la vuelta no tengo queja, si bien estaba diluviando, con un niño y nos cambiaron el lugar de recogida a un punto que ni los carabinieri sabían indicarnos. Finalmente con whassap todos nos ubicamos. Cosas que pueden pasar y se solventaron.

I have used Ziptransfers on previous occasions without problems, however this time wasn’t such a great experience, on arrival at Tenerife airport I had to ring helpline as driver was not there waited about 20mins when he finally turned up looking very hassled, he was complaining about workload, we also had to take with us another party when we’d booked a private transfer, although driver pleasant he was constantly moaning how busy he was….my return pickup was not great either as driver was over 30min late, again I had to ring helpline to chase..on both occasions I noted that both mini buses were in poor condition..I will probably just travel by taxi next time as these were plentiful at the airport.

Overall the transfers were Ok. The return journey better than when we arrived in Lanzerote which was chaotic. It was an ordinary taxi and we had to wait sometime as they were picking up from a big queue in arrivals and just pulling over a taxi when there was one for us not ideal.

Went to desk but no one manning it. Guy came up to us and told us to follow him. He didn’t seem ready to transfer us to destination. His English wasn’t very good, however that’s not an issue really. The return journey pick up time was not met and was 30 minutes late. Had to make phone call. The excuse was that there was a lot of traffic. Surely they would account for this. Probably won’t use again.

Buena llegada y nefasta recogida para la salida. El traslado duró mucho y se dio un enorme rodeo que se podía haber evitado simplemente recogiendo a los otros pasajeros en primer lugar. Además nos dejaron en una terminal incorrecta sin siquiera avisar. Resultado tuvimos que coger el shuttle del aeropuerto que tubo problemas y llegó con retraso y fuimos los últimos facturar. Salímos con más de 3 horas de antelación para un recorrido de 20-30 minutos y casi llegamos tarde

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the arrival transfer and we, along with others, had to wait 2 hours for our transfer. The return experience was much better with the driver texting that he was waiting outside even earlier than the advertised time and a very efficient transfer.

I always have problems at airport collection There is never a driver waiting I have always had to call when I arrive On return the driver is always 10 to 15 minutes early But the service is good

Die Buchung lief problemlos. Jedoch hatte ich einige Tage vor Abholung eine frühere Zeit vereinbart, was auch genehmigt wurde. Leider hat das dann doch nicht funktioniert und wir mussten lange auf den Fahrer warten. Auf der Rückfahrt war der Fahrer ebenfalls über 30 Minuten zu spät. Die Kommunikation war schwierig. Es wurde uns zwar jeweils am Telefon zugesichert, der Fahrer sein unterwegs oder bereits da, was jedoch nicht der Fall war. Alles in allem in Ordnung, aber mit jeweils langen Wartezeiten für uns.

Estimados. Les escribo en reclamo del traslado contratado desde MADRID - CENTRO - HACIA EL AEROPUERTO DE BARAJAS - de fecha 17 de octubre - RESERVA ZIP580057MAD El chofer - que se identificó como César - debía llegar a las 5 30 de ese día al domicilio de la calle Ministriles 21 - tal las condiciones y especificaciones del traslado contratado -, ya que debíamos hacer trámites de aduana y devolución de TAX FREE en el aeropuerto de BARAJAS.- Sin embargo, primero usó la excusa de atasco de tránsito - en MADRID A LAS 5 30 DE LA MAÑANA -, luego que había un procedimiento policial que le retrasaba, y finalmente mandó una foto - la que se adjunta - diciendo que estaba en el lugar QUE NO SE CORRESPONDÍA CON EL LUGAR DONDE NOS DEBÍA PASAR A BUSCAR.- Corolario, el PÉSIMO CHOFER ASIGNADO RECIÉN LLEGÓ A RECOGERNOS A LAS 6 DE LA MAÑANA, llegamos al aeropuerto pasadas las 6, 30, debimos estar a las corridas, con el tiempo más que justo, y terminamos con el Jesús en la boca para embarcar en el vuelo hacia nuestro destino.- Por lo que les reclamamos y denunciamos la actitud del chofer, y reclamamos una bonificación sobre el importe abonado por el traslado.- Saludos cordiales

pensé que se trataba de vehículos de servicio público VTC, con matrícula trasera de fondo azul. A mi me recogió un turismo normal en el que iba el conductor y un acompañante

1. Transfer lief super, beim 2. Transfer wurde ich vorher dauernd angerufen, habe den Anrufer schlecht verstanden, das nervt. Mein Fahrer war am Fährhafen, hat mich dann von einer anderen Nummer angerufen, alles kurios. Es hat geklappt, aber gut ist anders.

Fahrer nicht anwesend in der Ankunftshalle beim eintreffen,ein Flughafenmitarbeiter rufte die Zip Zenrale an,darauf hin erschien der Fahrer nach weiteren 20 Min endlich in der Ankunftshalle. Die Fahrt selber ging reibungslos und zügig

Arrival at the airport, driver wasn't there. Had to ring Zip Transfers and then wait another 20 minutes for the driver to arrive. The day we were due to be collected at our hotel and brought back to the airport, I received an email saying pick up was now going to be earlier, which meant we would've been nearly 5 hours at the airport. Rang Zip to be told that I was the one who had changed it. It was rectified after nearly an hour and we still got picked up 15 minutes early. We were picked up on time on the return journey. Driver was nice and car clean.

Very expensive, friends of ours had a return transfer Gib/Jerez for less than it cost us one way. Also we had a 40 minute walk with very heavy unwheeled baggage from where we were dropped to our accommodation
