We have used ZIP transfers in the past and each time we were completely satisfied, waiting at the airport and collection at the hotel was always on time. Only 3 stars this time because we were not happy with the driver. This booking , pick up at he airport and return a week later . It was the same driver for each trip . The driving was very eracitc , speeding etc, lane changing not good, driving too close to cars in front on the motorway then braking hard to slow down, it left us very nervous and glad to reach our destination safely. He needs to calm down on the driving. We had loads of time to catch our flight so time was not an issue.
