“Very expensive, friends of ours had a return transfer Gib/Jerez for less than it cost us one way. Also we had a 40 minute walk with very heavy unwheeled baggage from where we were dropped to our accommodation”

“Se nos presento una furgoneta pequeña y sin transporte para los esquís. Tuvimos que hacer el viaje apretados y muy justos de espacio siendo un viaje de mas de 4 horas. No estoy satisfecho con el servicio recibido por ser una furgoneta NO adecuada para las personas y equipajes que llevábamos aún habiendo indicado cuando se hizo la reserva que viajábamos con bolsas de esquís y esquís.”

“Der Fahrer konnte weder deutsch noch englisch und hatte nicht mal die Idee ein Papier mit dem Namen hochzuhalten. Wartete wohl vor „Mein Schiff“ obwohl ich bei der Buchung „AIDAsol“ angegeben habe. Mit einem sehr freundlichen deutsohsprechenden Taxifahrer der auf spanisch telefonierte klappte es dann letztendlich doch noch!”

“Privattaxi gebucht, auf der Rückfahrt aber einen 25-Sitzer-Bus (für mich alleine) gehabt. Der Fahr- und Sitzkomfort war natürlich deutlich schlechter als in einem PKW. Auf der Rückfahrt war alles in Ordnung, ein schönes, ordentliches Auto. Beide Male waren die Fahrer sehr freundlich und pünktlich.”

“Leider mussten wir vor Ort ca. 30 min mit sämtlichen anderen warten. Preis ist top! Wir hatten uns eigentlich gedacht, das wir direkt abgeholt werden und auch gleich losfahren.”

“Buemos días. El servicio fue correcto, salvo que el conductor no estaba en el sitio en el sitio indicado y fue necesario hacer una llamada al telefono de ayuda para que localizaran al conductor. Una vez hecho esto el conductor apareció a los pocos minutos, ya que estaba esperando fuera en el coche , en vez de en la terminal, con el cartel, como se me había indicado.”

“La Ida genial, en un vehículo nuevo (no taxi) y amplio, pero la vuelta en un taxi no muy limpio, con conductor sin mascarilla y diciéndonos que era una tontería haber contratado el servicio porque sería más barato en taxi directamente…”

“Mi viaje fue a Punta Cana y la recogida fue muy bien, le doy un 10. Lo malo fue la vuelta, la recogida desde el hotel al aeropuerto, me parece que el tiempo que dan es muy justo fueron 3hrs antes pero es que deberían recogerte 3hrs y media antes o hasta 4hrs antes porque en el aeropuerto hay que estar 3hrs antes, sin contar que el chófer llegó tarde y hubo atasco y sino perdimos el vuelo fue porque hicimos check in online, porque llegamos tarde.”

“Service was excellent but overpriced. I was charged double by Zip Transfers on collection from Reus Airport at the start of my holiday to what I was charged by the taxi company that dropped me back to Reus Airport after my airport for the exact same service.”

“Having used ZIP transfer before I felt confident booking airport transfers at Malaga airport again. Upon arrival we had to wait way too long (we didn't leave until 60 minutes after our arrival; the driver was not waiting for us as agreed upon. After 30 minutes I called the emergency number The (very friendly) lady on the phone reported that she found out that he was supposedly stuck in traffic? .....fine, but why didn't he call when he had my number??? The transfer back to the airport was perfect - the driver was there 5 minutes early, clean car, friendly driver, speedy transfer - wonderful all the way!”
