Mala experiencia. Me recogieron más de 30 minutos tarde tras contactarles reiteradamente sin que me atendieran el teléfono . Además me hicieron dirigirme a otro lugar que no era el concertado. Además presenté reclamación por escrito en dos ocasiones y tan siquiera me respondieron.

La conductora llegó 20 minutos tarde a recogernos al aeropuerto. Cuando vino a recogernos al hotel, también se retraso de nuevo 10 minutos

I was disappointed with zip transfer my luggage was lost and zip transfer would not wait till I tried to sort it out and I had to pay for a proof bare taxi to my hotel

Angekommen am Flughafen in Podgorica, mussten wir 2 Stunden warten. Wir haben keine Information erhalten wieso sich der Transfer verspätet und ob er überhaupt noch vorbei kommt. Wir mussten auch noch die hotline anrufen und nach Spanien telefonieren. Das wird eine hohe Handyrechnung!! Als wir dann mal wen erreichen konnten telefonisch, wurde uns zuerst gesagt, dass der Transfermensch eine Panne hat und die nicht wissen, ob er überhaupt kommen kann. Nachdem wir 2 Stunden in der Hitze gewartet haben, kam 1 Auto und ein kleiner Bus die aber nicht von der Firma gomontenegro waren sondern von einer anderen Taxi Firma die beauftragt wurde uns zu holen und von Podgorica nach Budva zu bringen. Diese Herren haben sich entschuldigt und gleich gesagt, dass sie nichts damit zu tun haben und haben uns in unsere Unterkunft gefahren. Bei der Abreise kam dann der richtige Bus, den wir auch gebucht haben. Ein sehr unfreundlicher Herr. Der nicht mal „hallo“, „danke“ oder „tschüss“ sagen kann. Der hat einfach keinen Bock auf seinen Job gehabt und hat uns auch noch angeschrien, wieso wir ihm nicht gesagt haben, dass die Straße eng ist, dann wäre er da auch nicht reingefahren. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit gewesen und ich erwarte mir eine Entschädigung und das Geld für die hohe Handyrechnung zurück! Danke. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Ivana Mandusic

I was disapointed with the car that collected us at FUE Airport. I paid for a car seat for my daughter and received a booster seat. I did not feel comfortable with this but with the language barrier I had no option.

I would have given your transfer company 5* except that your driver drove like a maniac. My wife and I were convinced we were going to die in an awful accident. The driver should not be allowed drive for your company.That said he came exactly on time, the vehicle was very clean and spacious, and he did get us to Almeria Airport in plenty of time.

Llegue al aeropuerto de Orly y no había nadie esperando. Llamé por teléfono, y me dijeron que me llamaría. No llamaron y volví a reclamar. Me dijeron que el chofer estaba allí Espere 45 minutos No repetiré con ustedes

Our transfer to our resort was great, our driver was waiting in the arrivals hall. Unfortunately our transfer to the airport was cancelled on the last evening before we flew the next morning. Zip did explain there was a shortage of drivers in the area and we were refunded in full but it led to a lot of stress on the last evening unfortunately.

Airport pick up was all good Return not so, booking was for 2 people and a bike was told on booking that i needed a 8 seater to do this . So i paid for 8 seater. On return journey a car turned up . He obviously couldn't fit us and bike. Called customer service and was told no 8 seaters available. So they sent a 6 which was fine but was told on booking that needed a 8 seater. Said wanted refund and was told will be put back on card but still not received it. Very poor customer service not drivers fault but the companies. Will not use again

Ingen info om hur det fungerade vid ankomst. Normalt brukar dom stå med namnskylt, men inte dom. Till slut hittade vi en tavla där namnet fanns och en kvinna som gnällde.

Bei Ankunft war kein Fahrer vor Ort. Wir mussten fast eine halbe Stunde warten, bis der Fahrer endlich erschien. Bei der Rückfahrt war der Fahrer pünktlich. Er schien es jedoch sehr eilig zu haben, was die rasante Fahrt nicht gerade angenehm machte. Zudem hatten wir den Eindruck, dass der Fahrer übermüdet war - im Spiegel konnten wir sehen, wie er immer wieder die Augen schloss. Wir waren froh, als wir heil am Flughafen ankamen.

Booked taxi for 11.00am At 8.00am contact to request earlier time . New pickup time 9.30. After 4 international Mobil calls . Taxi arrived at 10.30 am

Did not meet us on arrival in Amsterdam. Took 20 minutes and 4 phone calls to track down the driver. All other aspects were fine but the fact we had to “chase-up” the driver when I was expecting to be greeted was a disappointment.

The promised person with a sign to greet us was not there on arrival. Eventually found a desk with no reference to Zip and asked someone who checked and had our booking. This was after having searched arrivals on numerous occasions. Our collection was part of a separate booking with Zip. They were collected at the door of the villa, we got a call to go to the gate.
