The car could not pick me up at the house because it was too big. I had to ask a neighbor to drive me up the road. This is the last time I will use ziptransfers.

The transfer I had booked was not there when we arrived. I had to call the company who contacted the driver. The man on the phone was helpful but the driver arrived and didn’t even apologise for being late. He also tried to drop us off somewhere else that wasn’t our hotel and his driving was very fast and irratic. I wouldn’t use this company again and was disappointed with the service.

on arrival ye were on time and waiting with our names on a card and we were delighted with the service, however just 2 hours before we were to be collected to go home ye rang to say ye had no one to collect us. I normally dont answer a strange number but im glad i did or we might have been late for our flight, this really let this service down. I did receive a refund after returning home which i am delighted with, but i was lucky enough to have extra money with me to pay for another taxi at the time. In future i would be very reluctant to try this company again.

Unusually for Ziptransfers this particular trip wasn't great. Old vehicle, rude driver who expected a tip even though his service was rubbish.

Driver did not know where the villa was and did not bring a large enough vehicle to accommodate all the passengers. We use your company regularly and this is the first time we have not had exceptional service. We will assume your colleagues in Marrakesh are not up to your usual high standard.

Both the pick up from Madrid airport and the driver were excellent. However, the return pick up, from JC Rooms Santo Domingo on 24th September involved a driver who wouldn't help with the suitcases, who parked in a location where we had to squeeze past scaffolding to put our luggage under the bus and who opened and closed the doors of the bus while people were trying to squeeze past. Very dangerous. In addition, as soon as we started boarding the bus, we alerted him to a previous passenger having vomited on the bus which had not been cleaned up. We were fortunate that they were two extra seats and we only needed to use the other 50 seats. I am disgusted and after many years of using Zip Transfers, I will use another company in the future - that driver's attitude was rude, uncaring and unacceptable. I must stress however that the other driver who collected us from the airport on 20th September was exemplary in every way.

Arrived far too late for the pick up to the airport!! Had to make other arrangements so expect reimbursement for half the costs incurred.

Both transfers were over 20 minutes late. Only redeeming points are the 24 hour helpline and the quality of our transport and polite drivers once they arrived.

Had to phone a number of times and eventually the driver arrived about 20 minutes late. The roads and airport were also very busy and we ended up not having time to get food before boarding the flight. I have use Zip transfers before but this time it was far from ideal and caused a lot of stress.

Unfortunately a disappointing service once again.. driver was extremely late and had to get another driver to get is from faro airport. We were not told and had to make numerous calls. I will never use zip again . Gave you another chance and again no driver was there.

Our pick up transfer was absolutely fine, however, the driver for the return journey was very unprofessional. He was disgruntled that there was 8 people in our party and struggled to fit in our suitcases. Worse he didn't even acknowledge us when we departed at the airport. Needs a lesson in customer service!

I have used Zip previously and have always received good level of service. However on this occasion we were badly let down. No driver to meet us when we arrived after collecting luggage. A zip representative we saw at the airport called to chase the driver and told 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no driver. It was almost 40 minutes before she arrived and we ended up at our hotel later then those on the tour operators transfer coach.

Driver 30 mins late in arriving for pickup at airport. 2 phone calls later he arrived. Then didn’t know destination location. Drivers must be on time and know where they are going for an efficient service. I would not use this company again

Should have been a 5 but we were met by an extremely unhappy and rude employee. Driver was great but the female passenger was nothing short of an ambassador for every other airport transfer firm. Will never use you again courtesy of this employee. Our delay in getting there was to do with the flight...maybe worth reminding her of that.

Driver was good however they had sent a 16seat minibus for 2 people when we ordered a car. I was expecting a little luxury not a bone shaker of a bus. Most uncomfortable 2 hours of my life and not a great start to my holiday

Our vehicle was late by an hour for collection at Bergamo airport. There were no children’s car seats which were paid for. For our collection for departure from Bellagio back to the airport we rang an hour before collection time and were told there was no problem and our vehicle was on time. We then got a text to say it was running an hour late. We only made the airport with 45 minutes to spare to get through luggage, security and passport control. All seemed very haphazard

Last transfer in Rome the driver was really rude and driving not in a safe speed. Ms Adriana ask him to slow down but he never minded....
