Usually we are pleased with service of Ziptransfers.However,this time we were disappointed.
No driver was waiting for us.,in Rome airport. We called the front desk and after 10 minutes he showed up.
The quality of the car was below our expectation and the driver had some problems with it.The driver was nervous because of the whole situation.
